Governance and Stakeholder Alignment

The Most Common Framework Mistakes

They are genuinely valuable sources of technical input and genuinely unreliable sources of vendor-neutral strategic guidance. Use them for the former and not the latter.

The ultimate test of an AI strategy framework is not the quality of the document it produces. It is whether the systems the document describes actually reach production and deliver measurable value. Frameworks that are elegant on paper but disconnected from production realities produce impressive artifacts and disappointing outcomes.
