AI Advisory Practice maintains a selective partner network of implementation firms, specialized technology providers, and professional services organizations. We do not accept vendor referral fees or platform commissions. Every partner relationship is structured to preserve our independence and serve client outcomes first.
Our partner relationships are structured around complementary capabilities, not commercial referral arrangements.
We are deliberate about how partner relationships are structured to preserve the independence that our clients depend on.
We are direct about what we will not do in partner relationships because our clients need to trust our independence completely.
Partners value the quality of clients we work with and the clarity of our engagement model.
"The AI Advisory Practice refers clients who have already been through a rigorous readiness assessment. By the time we get involved, the strategy is clear, the leadership is aligned, and the technical requirements are defined. These are the best-prepared AI engagements we work on."
"We have co-advised on AI governance frameworks with AI Advisory Practice across several financial services clients. The technical depth they bring is exceptional, and the collaborative model means clients get genuinely integrated legal and technical guidance rather than two consultants talking past each other."
"We were evaluated on our technical merits, not on whether we were willing to pay for placement. That is the only reason we are in their partner directory. When they refer a client to us, the client already understands what they need, which makes those engagements significantly more successful."
We review all partnership inquiries and respond within 5 business days. We are selective but responsive.
We are most interested in organizations with a proven track record of enterprise AI delivery or genuinely differentiated AI technology. The strongest candidates are those whose work complements rather than overlaps with our advisory scope, and who share our commitment to client-first advice over commercial arrangement optimization.
For implementation partners: we want to see specific examples of enterprise AI systems you have deployed in production, including the client industry, the AI use case, the scale of deployment, and the measurable outcomes achieved. Reference clients who can speak to delivery quality are essential.
For technology providers: we want to understand how your technology is differentiated from standard cloud AI capabilities, what enterprise clients have deployed it at scale, and how it is priced relative to alternatives. We conduct independent technical evaluations before listing any technology provider.
For professional services co-advisory: we want to understand the specific domain expertise you bring, your experience with AI-adjacent advisory (governance, change management, workforce strategy), and examples of co-advisory engagements where you have worked alongside technical advisors.
