Partnership and collaboration
Independent · Selective · Conflict-Free

We partner with organizations that share our standards

AI Advisory Practice maintains a selective partner network of implementation firms, specialized technology providers, and professional services organizations. We do not accept vendor referral fees or platform commissions. Every partner relationship is structured to preserve our independence and serve client outcomes first.

Our Independence Commitment
Why our partner model is different from most advisory firms
Most large AI advisory firms generate significant revenue from vendor referral arrangements and platform resale margins. This creates an obvious conflict of interest: the recommendation a client receives is influenced by the economics of the relationship, not by what is actually best for the client. We do not operate that way. Our partner relationships involve no referral fees, no platform commissions, and no arrangement that could influence our advice to clients. Partners are listed because they have demonstrated exceptional competency, not because they have paid for placement.
Partnership Types

Three categories of partnership we maintain

Our partner relationships are structured around complementary capabilities, not commercial referral arrangements.

Implementation Partners
Technology implementation firms with demonstrated track records deploying AI systems in production enterprise environments. We refer implementation work to these partners when clients need engineering capacity beyond our advisory scope.
What we look for: Minimum 50 enterprise AI deployments in production. In-house technical staff, not subcontracted delivery. Referenceable clients willing to speak to quality. Clear specialization in specific AI workload types.
Specialized Technology Providers
Independent software vendors with genuinely differentiated AI technology that we have independently evaluated and found to deliver superior outcomes in specific use cases. These are not platform partnerships — they are technology assessments that proved out in practice.
What we look for: Verifiable technical differentiation beyond standard cloud AI capabilities. Enterprise-grade security and compliance posture. Pricing transparency. No vendor lock-in architecture. References in similar sectors to our clients.
Professional Services Co-Advisory
Law firms, HR transformation consultancies, and change management specialists with whom we co-deliver on engagements where AI advisory intersects with adjacent professional domains, including AI governance, workforce transformation, and AI contract negotiation.
What we look for: Genuine domain expertise in areas complementary to AI advisory. Willingness to work under our engagement management protocols. Shared commitment to client-first advice. Track record of similar co-advisory engagements.
How Partnership Works

Our partnership model is structured around client outcomes

We are deliberate about how partner relationships are structured to preserve the independence that our clients depend on.

01
Capability Assessment
We conduct a thorough evaluation of your organization's AI deployment track record, technical architecture approach, quality control processes, and client reference quality. This is a detailed technical assessment, not a commercial conversation.
02
Independence Review
We verify that a partnership arrangement would not create conflicts of interest in our client advisory work. This includes reviewing your vendor relationships, platform arrangements, and any situations where your commercial interests could conflict with advice we give to clients.
03
Agreement and Listing
Approved partners are listed on our partner directory with a clear description of their specialization. The agreement explicitly states that listing involves no referral fee arrangement in either direction and that we maintain full discretion over whether to recommend any partner to any client.
04
Ongoing Quality Standard
Partner listing is reviewed annually. Partners where we have observed quality issues in referred engagements, or where commercial relationships with vendors create potential conflicts, are removed from the directory regardless of history.
Our Limits

What our partner program does not include

We are direct about what we will not do in partner relationships because our clients need to trust our independence completely.

No Vendor Platform Partnerships
We will not become an official partner, reseller, or certified advisory of any AI platform provider (including cloud AI platforms, LLM providers, or AI tool vendors). These arrangements create conflicts of interest that compromise advice.
No Referral Fee Arrangements
We do not pay for client referrals and do not accept fees for referring clients to implementation or technology partners. Our referral decisions are based purely on fit, not financial incentive.
No Joint Marketing With Vendors
We do not co-author thought leadership with AI platform vendors, participate in vendor-sponsored events as an "independent" voice, or allow vendor branding to appear alongside our practice branding in client materials.
No Exclusive Partner Arrangements
No partner has an exclusive relationship with us in any geography or industry vertical. We reserve the right to work with any implementation firm or technology provider that serves our clients' interests, regardless of existing partner relationships.
Partner Perspectives

What our partners say about working with us

Partners value the quality of clients we work with and the clarity of our engagement model.

Partner testimonial
Managing Director
AI Implementation Firm, New York

"The AI Advisory Practice refers clients who have already been through a rigorous readiness assessment. By the time we get involved, the strategy is clear, the leadership is aligned, and the technical requirements are defined. These are the best-prepared AI engagements we work on."

Partner testimonial
Partner
Technology Law Firm, London

"We have co-advised on AI governance frameworks with AI Advisory Practice across several financial services clients. The technical depth they bring is exceptional, and the collaborative model means clients get genuinely integrated legal and technical guidance rather than two consultants talking past each other."

Partner testimonial
CEO
MLOps Platform Provider, San Francisco

"We were evaluated on our technical merits, not on whether we were willing to pay for placement. That is the only reason we are in their partner directory. When they refer a client to us, the client already understands what they need, which makes those engagements significantly more successful."

What makes a strong partnership candidate

We are most interested in organizations with a proven track record of enterprise AI delivery or genuinely differentiated AI technology. The strongest candidates are those whose work complements rather than overlaps with our advisory scope, and who share our commitment to client-first advice over commercial arrangement optimization.

For implementation partners: we want to see specific examples of enterprise AI systems you have deployed in production, including the client industry, the AI use case, the scale of deployment, and the measurable outcomes achieved. Reference clients who can speak to delivery quality are essential.

For technology providers: we want to understand how your technology is differentiated from standard cloud AI capabilities, what enterprise clients have deployed it at scale, and how it is priced relative to alternatives. We conduct independent technical evaluations before listing any technology provider.

For professional services co-advisory: we want to understand the specific domain expertise you bring, your experience with AI-adjacent advisory (governance, change management, workforce strategy), and examples of co-advisory engagements where you have worked alongside technical advisors.
