If there is no engagement fit, we say so and do not follow up. About 30% of initial conversations result in us recommending a different approach or different partner than an engagement with us. We prefer that to wasting your time.

What size organizations do you work with?
We advise enterprises with between 500 and 200,000 employees. The median client organization has 8,000 to 15,000 employees. We work with smaller organizations when the AI challenge is genuinely complex and our methodology is the right fit. We do not typically advise startups or very small organizations, as our methodology is designed for enterprise-scale complexity, regulatory environments, and organizational change management at scale.
What is your typical engagement size and structure?
Advisory engagements typically range from a focused 6-week readiness assessment and strategy engagement to a 6 to 12 month end-to-end implementation program. Assessment engagements start at $45,000. Implementation programs vary significantly based on scope. We provide engagement sizing estimates in the first conversation after understanding your specific situation. We do not publish standard pricing because every engagement is scoped to the specific problem.
Do you work with specific AI platforms or are you truly vendor-neutral?
We are genuinely vendor-neutral. We do not accept referral fees from Microsoft, Google, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, or any AI platform. Our team has deep experience with all major enterprise AI platforms including Azure AI, Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and all major LLM providers. We evaluate platform options using the same objective framework on every engagement, and our recommendation is determined entirely by what is best for your organization's specific context and constraints.
We already have an AI strategy from another firm. Can you help us execute it?
Yes, though we typically conduct a rapid review of the existing strategy before committing to execution. In our experience, strategies developed by firms without strong production AI backgrounds frequently have implementation gaps that create risk at the execution stage, including data infrastructure assumptions that do not hold, governance gaps, or technology recommendations that do not account for total cost of ownership at scale. We can tell you within a few days whether the existing strategy is sound or needs revision before execution begins.
