Enterprise GenAI workshop
Free Workshop · No Vendor Pitches · Senior Practitioners Only

The GenAI workshop that tells you what actually works in enterprise production

78% of enterprise GenAI pilots never reach production. This half-day workshop gives senior AI leaders the practical frameworks to move past pilot purgatory: LLM selection methodology, RAG architecture patterns, governance design, and the deployment decisions that separate production systems from showcase demos.

Workshop Agenda

4 hours. Practical frameworks you can use on Monday morning.

No keynotes. No vendor demonstrations. Every session is built around real decisions your team needs to make to move GenAI from pilot to production.

Why 78% of Enterprise GenAI Pilots Fail
A data-driven review of the most common GenAI production failure modes, drawn from our work across 200+ enterprise deployments. Hallucination, latency, governance gaps, and the build vs buy decisions that send programmes off track. This session reframes how you evaluate your current GenAI portfolio.

LLM Selection Without the Vendor Hype
How to evaluate LLMs against your actual enterprise requirements: accuracy for your domain, latency, cost at scale, data privacy, fine-tuning capability, and total cost of ownership. We cover the evaluation methodology we use across GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini 1.5, Llama 3, and Mistral, with real benchmark data from enterprise use cases in financial services, healthcare, legal, and manufacturing.

RAG Architecture That Actually Works at Enterprise Scale
Retrieval-Augmented Generation is the dominant pattern for enterprise GenAI, but most implementations fail at the retrieval layer, not the generation layer. This session covers chunking strategies, embedding model selection, vector database evaluation (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector), retrieval quality measurement, and the hybrid search patterns that deliver the accuracy enterprise use cases require. Real architecture walkthroughs from production deployments.

GenAI Governance: The Framework Your Legal Team Will Sign Off On
The governance decisions that most GenAI programmes defer until production, and why that creates an expensive problem. Covers hallucination monitoring standards, output review workflows, EU AI Act applicability to GenAI systems, data privacy controls for LLM-based processing, prompt injection defences, and the governance operating model that enables deployment without blocking it. Every framework delivered as a working template, not a policy document.

What You Walk Away With

Practical frameworks, not slides you will never open again

LLM Evaluation Scorecard
A completed LLM evaluation scorecard template with weighted criteria for your use case type. Domain accuracy, latency, cost at scale, privacy controls, and fine-tuning capability, each with a scoring methodology you can use immediately.
RAG Architecture Decision Framework
A decision tree for RAG architecture choices: chunking strategy, embedding model, vector database, and retrieval approach. Calibrated for your document types, accuracy requirements, and latency constraints.
GenAI Governance Starter Kit
Governance framework templates covering hallucination monitoring, output review workflows, EU AI Act applicability checklist, and data privacy controls for LLM processing. Ready to adapt and implement.
GenAI Use Case Prioritization Tool
A scored prioritization framework for your GenAI use case portfolio. ROI potential, technical feasibility, data availability, governance complexity, and time-to-value, with weighting guidance for different organizational contexts.
30-Day Follow-On Support
Email access to your workshop facilitator for 30 days after the session. Questions about specific architecture decisions, vendor evaluations, or governance challenges get a senior practitioner response, not an intern reply.
No Sales Pressure. Ever.
This workshop is free because it is the fastest way for senior AI leaders to assess whether we are the right advisory partner. If you want to talk further after the workshop, we are ready. If not, you still have four hours of practical frameworks with no strings attached.

This Workshop Is Designed For

CIO, Chief AI Officer, or VP of AI who has GenAI pilots underway but is not satisfied with the pace of production deployment, and wants a clear framework for accelerating without accumulating technical debt.
Head of AI CoE or AI Platform who needs to make defensible LLM selection decisions and RAG architecture choices, and wants evaluation frameworks that hold up to internal scrutiny.
CDO or Chief Data Officer who is being asked to support GenAI use cases but is concerned about data privacy, hallucination risk, and governance gaps, and wants a practical framework for managing those risks.
Senior AI practitioner or architect leading a GenAI programme who wants peer-level input on architecture decisions and governance design from practitioners who have shipped GenAI at enterprise scale.
Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is this workshop free?
It is free because it is genuinely the fastest way for both parties to assess fit. Senior AI leaders get four hours of practical frameworks from practitioners who have actually shipped enterprise GenAI at scale. We get the opportunity to demonstrate how we think in front of the exact people who commission AI advisory engagements. If it leads to a conversation about further work, that is great. If it does not, we have still delivered real value, and you will use the frameworks regardless.
Who delivers the workshop?
All workshops are delivered by senior advisors with direct experience building and deploying production GenAI systems at enterprise scale. Former AI leads from Google, Microsoft, McKinsey, and Accenture. Minimum 15 years of enterprise AI experience per facilitator. We do not send junior consultants to deliver workshops. That is the entire point.
Is this run virtually or in person?
Both formats are available. Virtual sessions run via video conferencing and are limited to 20 participants to maintain interactivity. In-person sessions are available for groups of 6 to 20 participants at your offices in New York, San Francisco, London, and Singapore, or we can travel to your location for larger groups. Select your preference in the registration form notes field.
What preparation is required before the workshop?
Minimal. We send a 15-minute pre-workshop questionnaire 5 days before your session covering your current GenAI use cases, team structure, and specific questions you want addressed. We use this to calibrate the workshop content to your situation. No prior reading is required, but participants who arrive with a specific architecture decision or governance challenge get the most from the session.
Can we invite our legal or compliance team to the governance session?
Yes, and we recommend it. The governance session is specifically designed to be accessible to legal and compliance professionals who are not technical AI practitioners. Having legal and AI team members in the same session is often where the most productive alignment happens. Include their names in the registration notes and we will confirm the expanded participant list.
What happens if we want to explore further advisory work after the workshop?
We are happy to have that conversation. After the workshop, if there are areas where deeper advisory support would help, we will suggest specific engagement types and provide a rough scope. There is no obligation and no sales process pressure. If you are not ready for a formal engagement after the workshop, the 30-day email follow-on support continues regardless. Most advisory relationships that start with this workshop progress at the pace the client sets, not ours.
